If you love either nature OR art, don’t miss Cyndi’s classes. She has a knack for creating projects that change the way you see them both. Highly recommend!

...Cyndi combines two passions, nature and polymer clay... Classes with Cyndi include instructions and guidance for how to craft with clay. However, no time is wasted. While creations cure in the oven Cyndi uses this time to teach her artists more about the history of natural objects that inspired that piece. For example, in a family class that created bird masks, Cyndi elaborated on the bird’s feathers as the masks cured in an oven...

Sydney loves them (the fun-sheets). She memorizes the info then tells everyone she sees for the next week all about them. Keep up the good work!!

I really enjoyed the polymer clay classes taught by Cyndi. She gives the history of the beads or the piece you will be making which is very interesting so she makes it fun as well as educational. I would recommend her classes to beginners and experienced polymer clay students alike. I have been proud of the clay pieces that I came home with and have been inspired to try some of my own.

It was my pleasure to work with Cyndi to make our firefly program extra special. Each project step was well thought out for an easy creative process for all ages. Cyndi’s wealth of knowledge about polymer clay and Missouri’s natural resources made the experience even better.

You couldn’t help getting excited while learning about past connections through natural resources. It was fun.

Even though I have worked with traditional wheel thrown clay for over 30 years, I knew nothing about polymer clay. Not only did I love the colors, workability, versatility and ease of firing (baking) of polymer clay, I loved the way Cyndi incorporated the history of bead making and her love of nature into each lesson. Her ability to take something complex and beautiful and break it down into easy, understandable steps made each person in the class able to be successful at creating a guided yet unique piece of jewelry or art.

I love Cyndi’s classes - the projects are unique, fun to do and are combined with interesting facts about Missouri nature. One of may favorite things to do with my children
